Booking and Scheduling
Booking Process
All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for regular cleaning services and 48 hours for deep cleaning or specialized services.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from sparkleo Cleaning Agency. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that life happens and will work with you when possible.
Rescheduling
We are flexible with rescheduling when given adequate notice. Same-day rescheduling may be subject to additional fees depending on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Payment Timing
